Sukhmani Sahib is the holy book of Sikhism, which is a religion that is a part of the broader Indic religion. It is the holy book that is in the process of being written by the son of the first Sikh Guru, Bhai Gurdas ji. The purpose of the book is to give guidance to the people who are following the teachings of the Sikh religion.
The book is divided into 24 sections, which are known as astapadas. Every astapada ends with a shlok. The reader can easily start reading from the shlok and follow the teachings of the Sikh religion.
The reader will be given a shlok at every new page, so that the reader will not have to wait for the shlok to appear.
